Introducing Oberer Homes Realtor Incentive Program

To express our gratitude for your continued support in trusting us with your clients, Oberer Homes is introducing our new & improved realtor commission program.

For your first successful sale of a to-be-built Oberer Home, you will receive 3% of the original base price at time of contract, paid at closing. For every subsequent sale of a to-be-built Oberer Home, you will receive 4% of the original base price at time of contract, paid at closing.

Referral Broker Registration Policies and Procedures

1. Introduction. The referral broker and/or Realtor’s introduction of the client to the Oberer Homes sales representative must occur on the client’s first visit to the Oberer Homes community.
2. Registration. Realtors/referral brokers may also pre-register their clients with our Sales Consultants by calling and providing the information needed. The registration is effective for 60 days from the initial date.
3. Commissions. The referring broker shall receive a commission equal to a percentage of the original base price of home at time of contract. Such commissions shall be 3%. The commission will be payable at the closing of the transaction. Total and final compensation of each transaction will be paid on the closing date.
4. Oberer Homes 4% Club. Once you sell one to-be-built Oberer Home at the standard 3% commission, you are automatically entered in Oberer Homes 4% Club. For every subsequent to-be-built contract, you will be paid a commission equal to 4% of the original base price at contract. The commission will be payable at the closing of the transaction. Total and final compensation of each transaction will be paid on the closing date.
